TAP SURGE 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다. 앱 안에서 직접 삭제하실 수도 있고, 앱을 설치하지 않은 상태라면 이메일로 요청하실 수도 있습니다.

방법 1. 앱에서 직접 삭제 (권장, 즉시 처리)

  1. TAP SURGE 실행 후 구글 계정으로 로그인합니다.
  2. 로비 화면에서 설정을 엽니다.
  3. 하단의 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
  4. 삭제되는 항목을 확인하고, 입력란에 삭제(영어 설정은 DELETE)를 입력합니다.
  5. 영구 삭제를 누르면 즉시 처리됩니다.

방법 2. 이메일로 요청 (앱 없이)

기기를 분실하셨거나 앱을 이미 삭제하신 경우 아래로 요청해 주세요.

본인 확인을 위해 해당 구글 계정의 이메일 주소로 보내주시면 가장 빠릅니다. 접수 후 30일 이내에 처리하고 완료 사실을 회신해 드립니다.

지난 대결(배틀) 기록 기록 자체는 상대방의 대결 이력 보존을 위해 유지되지만, 표시 이름은 “삭제된 사용자”로 대체되어 누구인지 알 수 없게 처리되며 회원님의 목록에서도 사라집니다. 기록까지 완전히 지우기를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 별도 요청해 주세요.
삭제 전에 확인해 주세요

보관 기간

삭제 요청이 처리되면 위 데이터는 즉시 제거됩니다. 백업 시스템에 남은 사본은 최대 90일 이내에 자동으로 폐기되며, 그 기간에는 서비스 복구 목적 외로 사용되지 않습니다.

This page explains how to delete your TAP SURGE account and associated data. You can delete it yourself inside the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1. Delete in the app (recommended, immediate)

  1. Open TAP SURGE and sign in with your Google account.
  2. From the lobby, open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
  4. Review what will be removed, then type DELETE in the confirmation field.
  5. Tap Delete permanently. It is processed immediately.

Option 2. Request by email (no app needed)

Include the Google account email address you signed in with.

Sending from that same Google account is fastest for ownership verification. We process requests within 30 days and reply once complete.

Past battle records The records themselves are retained so your opponents keep their own history, but your display name is replaced with “Deleted user” so you can no longer be identified, and they disappear from your own list. Email us if you require the records removed entirely.

Once processed, the data above is removed immediately. Copies remaining in backup systems are discarded automatically within 90 days and are not used for any purpose other than service recovery during that window.
